Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing urban development projects in hydraulic systems, paving, and/or electromechanical areas. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of urban development processes, local regulations and standards, project management techniques, as well as proficiency in bid management and construction management software (Neodata, Opus, Project, among others). Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
