Primary responsibilities include managing, organizing, and preserving documents in accordance with current archival regulations. *Key Competencies:* * Communication. * Working under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Organization. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. *Main Responsibilities:* * Classify, organize, and safeguard institutional documentation. * Apply archival criteria in compliance with current regulations. * Develop and update documentary control tools. * Manage document transfers. * Control of the SFyA and Concentration procedural archives. * Collaborate with the DDHQRO Coordinating Unit. *Requirements:* * **Minimum 1 year of experience in document organization and management** (preferably in the public sector). * **Bachelor’s degree in Archival Science, Library Science, or related field.** * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * ***Knowledge of: General Archives Law and General Government Accounting Law.*** * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Punctuality and responsibility. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. *We Offer:* * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
