Job Summary: Supervises maintenance and service activities, with emphasis on skilled trades, and manages spare parts to ensure continuous plant operation. Key Highlights: 1. Spare parts management to ensure plant operation Supervises employees on an assigned shift to perform maintenance or service functions within established time, quality, and cost standards. This position emphasizes skilled trades such as machinists or electricians. Troubleshooting breakdown repairs and specialized fabrication are typical responsibilities. The supervisor must possess a high level of technical expertise to assist subordinates in problem-solving and resolution. Operations are of medium complexity and typically require some more complex maintenance/repair activities.**Plant equipment spare parts specialist (critical and non-critical), implementation of strategies to ensure optimal availability of spare parts and/or consumables, thereby ensuring compliance with preventive \& corrective maintenance, meeting area KPIs, guaranteeing continuous plant operation, as well as supporting special projects, always aiming to minimize costs in line with the defined budget for the area.
