Work area maintenance and safety compliance Job Objective Operate and supervise plastic injection machines, ensuring proper part production in compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Main Responsibilities * Operate plastic injection machines according to specified parameters. * Perform basic process adjustments (temperature, pressure, cycle times, etc.). * Verify the quality of produced parts. * Detect and report faults or deviations in the process. * Execute mold changes when necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. Requirements * Education: Technician in plastics, mechanics, industrial engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating injection machines. * Knowledge of plastic injection processes. * Basic proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Availability to rotate shifts (if applicable).
