Patient medical record follow-up. Shared responsibility in treatments determined by the chiropractor. Delivering health education classes. Providing support in physical therapy and/or other requested areas. Continuous patient care every half hour (minimum 20 minutes). Daily completion of medical records in both digital and written formats. Reporting patient condition to the chiropractor.
