Position Summary: A healthcare professional focused on prevention, first aid, and promotion of healthy habits in department stores, managing occupational medical cases and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on prevention and management of medical emergencies in the workplace. 2. Collaboration in managing occupational medical cases and in occupational safety and hygiene. 3. Active participation in emergency response plans and maintenance of medical equipment. General Purpose of the Position: This healthcare professional focuses on prevention, first aid, and support during medical emergencies, as well as promoting healthy habits in the workplace within department stores. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of occupational medical cases, training staff in first aid, and collaborating in the management of medical facilities and equipment—ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and company policies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Nursing, along with corresponding professional license. * 1–2 years of experience in primary care medicine. * 1–2 years of experience in Occupational Health (preferred). * Certifications in first aid and emergency response (BLS/ACLS, preferred). Responsibilities: * Responding to emergencies, dispensing medications from the first-aid kit, issuing medical leave slips, etc. Generate monthly statistics per store and department, such as: total number of employees attended, record of medications dispensed, medical leave slips issued, health campaigns conducted, etc. Supervise and implement occupational health and medical emergency practices. * Assist in supervising and implementing occupational health and medical emergency practices. * Provide primary nursing care and occupational health counseling to employees and contractors. * Participate in managing occupational medical cases and support rehabilitation and return-to-work processes. * Collaborate closely with the Safety and Hygiene department in preparing for and responding to emergencies. * Support the Safety and Hygiene department in conducting workplace health risk assessments. * Maintain medical equipment and supplies up to date and in optimal condition. * Actively participate in developing and executing emergency response plans. * Manage medical records and related documentation, including IMSS forms. * Manage employees’ medical files.  Ensure proper handling of RPBI generated on-site. Knowledge: * Familiarity with occupational health regulations (NOM STPS, SSA, IMSS), customer service orientation, and teamwork. * Occupational nursing, first aid, and emergency response. * Ergonomics and prevention of occupational hazards. * Handling of IMSS forms. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications. Competencies: * Empathy, integrity, leadership, and ability to manage adverse situations. * Administrative and effective communication skills.
