FUNCTIONS: * Perform **routine inspections** of facilities (Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Masonry). * Follow up on **internal fault reports** and record activities performed. * Follow **safety and hygiene** protocols in all tasks. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: High school or technical (preferred). * Experience: 1–2 years in general maintenance (desirable, not always essential). * Availability to rotate shifts or work weekends according to building needs. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ATTRACTIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS: Gross Monthly Salary: $10,223.85 MXN. NET WEEKLY PAYMENT: $2,015 (free).
