In this role, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, supporting food preparation and service for patients and staff. Your primary responsibility will be assisting in the kitchen while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, including food chopping, washing, disinfection, and managing cold and hot areas. This position requires a proactive attitude and commitment to excellence in customer service, as patients may have special dietary needs and food preferences. **Schedule:** 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. Prior experience in hospital kitchens or restaurants is required, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation. You must be an organized individual with effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
