We seek individuals with a sense of urgency, an operational focus, leadership skills, and the ability to monitor drivers and vehicles, ensuring uninterrupted operations and timely performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: **Report daily driver availability.** Manage on-time loading and unloading, promptly notifying any operational deviations. **Follow up with the Maintenance Department regarding: \- Mechanical failures en route. \- Mechanical failures at customer facilities. \- Mechanical roadside assistance. \- Tire repairs for tractors and trailers. \- Authorization of purchases and extraordinary expenses related to maintenance or operations.** Ensure and guarantee daily driver productivity. **Continuous monitoring and follow-up of operations.** Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and internal departments. SCHEDULE: 12x12 shifts. 4x2 schedule. One week day shift, one week night shift. Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. REQUIREMENTS: **Availability to work rotating shifts.** Strong communication skills. **Problem-solving ability.** Supervisory experience over operational staff. **Ability to work under pressure.** Experience in logistics, traffic, or operational monitoring (preferred).
