We are looking for passionate individuals with the following profile: **Design Assistant** **Position Objective:** Support technical project development by creating drawings, 3D models, and pre-engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Hermosillo BIM standards, as well as providing effective support to the Designer to guarantee timely and high-quality progress on each project. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Provide efficient support to the Designer in delegated tasks for project development. * Create drawings and 3D models according to established scope and project requirements. * Generate documentation for basic pre-engineering required in bidding and tendering processes. * Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines, codes, and applicable regulations. * Apply and maintain Hermosillo BIM standards in all documentation production. **Requirements:** * Architect (Professional Title/Professional License) * 1\-3 years of experience in industrial-type building design. * Intermediate English. **Competencies and Skills:** * Active Communication * Teamwork * Administrative Control * Commitment * Leadership * Organization **Knowledge:** * Construction processes in industrial facilities * Understanding of regulations and administrative procedures * Knowledge and development of executive projects * Industrial-type construction systems * Revit and AutoCAD (Advanced) * Navisworks (desirable) * Twin Motion or equivalent rendering software * Microsoft Office Suite **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings Fund Work Location: Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.
