**Job Objective:** Responsible for providing exceptional and efficient service to guests at the hotel’s restaurant or food and beverage area, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Must deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrate attentiveness, and possess thorough knowledge of the menu and available options. **Responsibilities:** * Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude and escort them to their tables. * Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery. * Know the menu and daily promotions to offer recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. * Serve dishes and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation and temperature standards. * Ensure guests have everything needed during their dining experience (water, utensils, condiments, etc.). * Keep the work area clean and organized, including restocking utensils and equipment. * Perform table and dining area cleaning tasks as required. * Manage guest accounts, collect payments, and process transactions accurately. * Handle guest complaints or special requests courteously and resolve them professionally. * Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless and efficient service. * Comply with established policies and procedures for food safety and customer service. * Perform any other service-related duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry. * Knowledge of basic service techniques and dining etiquette. * Effective communication skills and a courteous manner when interacting with guests. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. **Desired Competencies:** * Service-oriented mindset, empathy, and customer focus. * Ability to multitask without compromising service quality. * Effective complaint handling and problem resolution skills.
