Based in Querétaro, we have supported brands, institutions, and organizations across Mexico and other countries in communicating their essence through creativity, strategy, and high-level technical expertise. **GENERAL INFORMATION** **Position**: Videographer **Department**: Production **Location**: Querétaro, Qro. **Work Modality**: On-site / Fieldwork **Schedule**: Variable **POSITION OBJECTIVE** To capture audiovisual material for diverse projects and assist the post-production team in editing, ensuring technical and creative quality aligned with POV Comunicación’s standards and each client’s specific needs. **WORK SCHEDULE** This position operates on a project-based and recording call-out basis; therefore, it does not follow a fixed schedule. Flexibility in working hours is required, along with willingness to respond to early-morning, nighttime, or weekend call-outs, and possible overnight stays in other states, as dictated by production requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct video recordings and/or photography shoots per project instructions. * Set up and operate assigned recording equipment, maintaining it in good condition. * Assist in selecting footage from recordings. * Coordinate and plan basic production logistics. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, or related disciplines. * Proven experience in video recording (corporate projects, product launch events, digital content, etc.). * Experience in photography. * Experience operating recording equipment: video and photo cameras, audio gear, lighting, stabilizers, and drones (*essential*). * Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere. * Fundamental understanding of composition, framing, color, and lighting. * Genuine availability to work variable hours. **SKILLS AND ATTITUDES** * Punctuality * Responsibility and commitment to delivery deadlines * Experience interacting professionally and courteously with clients * Ability to adapt to diverse environments and working conditions * Teamwork and effective communication with the editing department * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation * Professional appearance appropriate for the workplace and client-facing interactions * Capacity to adapt to emerging trends and technologies * Client-facing communication skills (direction) **WE OFFER** * Service provision contract * Monthly fee of $17,000 MXN * Training and development, as required **APPLICATION** Submit your updated CV and demo reel or portfolio showcasing video and/or photography work (original shots, edited projects, etc.), clearly specifying your role in each project.
