* Prepare and operate plastic injection machines according to specified parameters. * Load molds and adjust process conditions (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.). * Safely and efficiently perform mold changes. * Train production operators in accordance with quality standards. * Supervise rework performed by production operators on the machine. * Make necessary adjustments during production to correct defects or maintain quality. * Visually and dimensionally inspect produced parts. * Identify and report quality deviations or process failures. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. * Report mechanical or electrical failures to the relevant department. * Complete production logs, downtime reports, mold change records, and quality control forms. * Comply with safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) procedures.
