




Job Summary: Responsible for driving vans to transport staff, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and reporting activities and incidents to maintain operations. Key Points: 1. Recording and reporting daily activities and incidents Responsibilities: Drive vans along established routes for staff transportation. · Perform internal and external cleaning of vehicles. · Report daily activities, as well as incidents and malfunctions, to the Transportation Coordinator. · Record information in trip logs and complete control forms requested by the Transportation Coordinator, in accordance with established service processes. · Conduct daily general inspections of vehicles both at the start and end of service to confirm they are in suitable condition for the journey. · Interact courteously and respectfully with colleagues from various departments. · Report vehicle malfunctions or incidents involving users to the immediate supervisor. · Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
