Your mission will be to attract top operational staff for our cleaning and cafeteria areas, combining digital strategies with direct on-site interaction. * 360-degree Recruitment: From creative social media postings, initial interviews, hiring, to onboarding candidates into their units. * On-site Presence: Active talent sourcing in key locations. * Administrative Management: File integration, uniform control, and timely candidate follow-up. * Human-Centered Service: Serve as our company’s first friendly and professional point of contact. What are we looking for? * Education: Completed high school or Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Administration, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum 6 months in operational recruitment (mandatory). * Digital Skills: Proficient use of Facebook Groups and job boards. * Tools: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and passion for the work.
