We are looking for an **honest, organized individual with a passion for sales**, who can support the nursery’s daily operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service and support at point of sale. * Sales of plants, sod, trees, and gardening supplies. * Cash and other payment method collections. * Cash register reconciliation and cash control. * Inventory management and order tracking. * Expense recording and verification. * Nursery organization, cleaning, and arrangement. **Requirements** * Minimum education level: Junior high school / High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Sales * Customer service * Cash handling * Inventory control * Honesty and responsibility (mandatory). * Organized. * Passion for sales and customer interaction. * **Valid driver's license (preferred)**. * Flexible availability. * Interest in gardening, plants, or nurseries (desirable). **We Offer** * Competitive salary plus sales commission. * Job stability. * Training. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Sundays, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Mondays off. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
