




**\*EXPERIENCE IN:** MOLD TECHNICIAN IN PLASTIC INJECTION **KNOWLEDGE:** • Operation of grinding, milling, lathe, and CNC processes; fine mold adjustments; polishing; fabrication of mold components and spare parts. • Interpretation of engineering drawings and knowledge of geometric tolerances; understanding of mold manufacturing and repair processes. • Mirror-finish mold polishing. • Hot runner systems. • Welding process operation; shaping geometries; seal adjustment using hand tools (e.g., rotary tool, reciprocating tool, fitting files, etc.). **REQUIRED SOFTWARE:** Teamwork. Availability. Customer service. Sense of urgency. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** 1\. Perform preventive mold maintenance according to the annual schedule. 2\. Assist the Mold Supervisor/Manager as required with mold maintenance tasks. 3\. Assemble and disassemble molds for cleaning, repair, or engineering changes. 4\. Support production in corrective actions and mold-related service issues. 5\. Perform and document preventive and corrective mold maintenance. 6\. Request mold spare parts as applicable. 7\. Repair hot runner systems. 8\. Perform adaptations on new molds or transferred molds. 9\. Conduct in-machine repairs. 10\. Perform other assigned or required tasks. 11\. Serve as a role model in attitude and willingness to fulfill job responsibilities. 12\. Record work orders completed during the shift in the designated format.
