Responsibilities: * Conduct daily inspections throughout the dealership to identify malfunctions in facilities and furniture. * Develop daily, weekly, and semi-annual maintenance schedules for the dealership. * Perform maintenance on air compressors, vehicle ramps, three-phase water pump motors, washing equipment, etc. * Perform maintenance on plumbing systems, restrooms, electrical installations, water meters, stormwater drainage conduits, etc. * Record all expenses incurred during maintenance activities. * Visit other work sites to assess maintenance needs. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work Location: Libramiento José Manuel Zavala #65, Col. Centro, San Miguel de Allende.
