Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic host/hostess to welcome and bid farewell to customers, ensuring a positive experience from reception through table service and packaging support. AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: • Plaza Galerías Querétaro WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Your objective is to ensure proper customer reception and farewell at the location. As the first point of contact with diners, you must project a professional image. • Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and supplies. • Welcome customers, estimate wait times, assign tables, and present the menu. • Monitor table status and ensure proper setup. • Handle orders from food delivery couriers. • Deliver high-quality customer service. • Know current menus and promotions. • Assist in the packaging area (assembling and packing orders, performing services, and producing sauces and dressings). • Perform general cleaning of the establishment. WHAT DO YOU NEED? • Must be of legal age. • Must provide basic documentation (RFC certificate, INE, NSS, birth certificate, proof of address). • Flexible availability, friendly demeanor with customers, sociable, patient, organized, and capable of multitasking.
