Our Guest Experience Experts take initiative to deliver a broad range of services to guide guests throughout their stay. They empower themselves to move freely within their space and do what needs to be done—whether processing operational needs; responding to guest requests; completing reports; sharing information about local attractions; or assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and transporting luggage to/from rooms and/or to the designated bell stand area. The Guest Experience Expert ensures that every transaction feels like a positive part of the guest experience. No matter your specific role, there are fundamental elements critical to success—creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining quality standards; and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional at all times. The Guest Experience Expert is constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as climbing up or down service stairs and/or ramps); playing an active role (must be able to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects unassisted weighing up to or less than 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance; reach above and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop). Performing all tasks to the best of one’s ability (and other reasonable duties as requested), it is critical that Guest Experience Experts consistently do things right—for guests and for the business. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant work experience: No relevant work experience required. Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience required.
