The position combines commercial activities, assistance during contract signings, and personalized customer service, with an emphasis on goal achievement and administrative follow-up. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Customer prospecting and follow-up * Promotion and placement of company services * Personalized customer service and commercial advisory * Coordination and assistance during contract signings * Explanation of terms, coverage, and processes related to insurance policies * Administrative follow-up and report updates * Development of commercial relationships and networking * Participation in meetings, training sessions, and business appointments * Travel within Querétaro and nearby areas ### **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles * Valid driver’s license * Standard vehicle operation mandatory * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Organizational and activity tracking abilities * Basic proficiency with digital tools * Availability for field-based work ### **We Offer** * Monthly base salary of $10,000 * Statutory benefits * Performance-based commission scheme * Continuous training * Professional growth opportunities * Excellent work environment * Hybrid modality with an operational focus on field work ### **Commission Structure** * 1 to 5 policies: no commission applies * 6 to 10 policies: $100 per policy * 11 to 20 policies: $200 per policy * 21 to 30 policies: 5% * More than 30 policies: 10% ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, with occasional availability required to attend scheduled weekend signings. Additional support of $100 is provided for each signing conducted on Saturday or Sunday. ### **Location** Calle Polar 127, Col.
