Job Objective **ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN A 40-MINUTE DRIVE OF THE EL MARQUÉS INDUSTRIAL ZONE (ODATA, PYME, AND KIO) WILL BE CONSIDERED. HAVING A PERSONAL VEHICLE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.** Support the development, modeling, progress tracking, and documentation of projects within the Projects Department, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with internal and external client requirements. Key Responsibilities * BIM modeling of special installations (CCTV, Fire Alarm, DCI, Telecom, Audio-Visual, HVAC, BMS) and architectural elements, either on-site or in-office. * Generation of templates, photographic reports, delivery folders, and other process control documents. * Tracking progress of ongoing installations. * Support in quotation management: identifying contractors, conducting comparative analyses, and monitoring economic proposals. * Coordination of on-site surveys with contractors or technicians. * On-site supervision of special installations in accordance with client or coordination guidelines. * Organization and participation in progress meetings (remote or in-person). * Effective communication with internal and external clients, maintaining a respectful and service-oriented attitude. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Technical or university degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in software: REVIT MEP, AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP * Knowledge of special systems and architectural criteria. * Basic knowledge of installation coordination is desirable.
