Project Coordination and Supervision **Description** A leading industrial building construction company, with nationwide presence, is seeking: **BIM Modeler** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree with official diploma and professional license as a Civil Engineer or Architect. * Courses and training updates in REVIT. **English Proficiency Level:** Intermediate; spoken, written, presentations, and reporting—required for an industrial building construction project. 2 \- 4 years of experience in industrial building construction processes. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in BIM modeling (standards, development levels, standardization). * Preparation of executive projects for industrial buildings. * Experience in structural design. * Minimum 2 years of Revit modeling experience. * Knowledge of BEP, construction regulations, CCTV—preferably in industrial buildings. * Communication with suppliers, contractors, and clients. * English language proficiency (spoken and written). **Responsibilities:** * Perform project modeling in Revit using BIM methodology. * Generate engineering drawings for construction. * Notify the Project Leader of necessary project changes identified during modeling. * Update models and drawings according to client-required changes. * Conduct clash detection and coordination of MEP systems. * Create and review IFC exchange files. * Prepare project submittals. * Prepare technical information for client presentations related to tenders and executive projects. * Support administrative activities. * Coordinate and supervise on-site project execution, including review of “As-Built” drawings. * Conduct physical site surveys and photographic reporting. * Support the Project Leader in project closeout: “As-Built” drawings and documentation folders. **We Offer:** * Monthly tax-free salary of $20,000 to $21,000. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment contract with the company and full social security contributions. * Profit-sharing. * Grocery vouchers. **Work Location:** To be determined during interviews.
