We ensure that your supply chain benefits from the special agreements we have established with various courier companies, enabling you to use their services at competitive rates. **Join our team as:** **Accounting Assistant** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 1 year in a similar position * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Degree completed) **KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Bank reconciliations * Accounting entries * Invoicing * SAT (tax declarations) * COI, NOI, SUA, IDSE **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Downloading, monitoring, and cleansing of CFDIs * Recording of Dr journal entries (Provision for CFDIs received from SAT) * Review of Eg, Tr, and Ig journal entries * Bank reconciliations * Preparation of financial statements * Monitoring of compliance opinions (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) * Accounting and tax working papers * VAT refunds, filing of tax and labor obligations * Preparation of accounting entries, bank reconciliations, account cleansing and consolidation * Monthly and annual calculation of state and federal taxes **SKILLS:** * Process-oriented * Responsible * Team player * Analytical **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,000.00 * Statutory benefits + above-statutory benefits * 20-day Christmas bonus * Vacation premium at 40% * Savings fund * Biweekly payroll **Work location**: Atizapán de Zaragoza; we are located near Tecnológico de Monterrey. **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
