




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychology student or someone pursuing a related field who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources, supporting selection, hiring, and recruitment processes. Support for Recruitment Initiatives Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Psychology or a related degree program. * Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. * English proficiency preferred. * Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM. Main Responsibilities: * Participation in the selection process, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination. * Preparation and issuance of job offers, as well as support in drafting employment contracts and onboarding documentation. * Support for recruitment initiatives, such as job fairs, university events, and talent attraction campaigns. * Preparation of basic recruitment reports (vacancy status, time-to-fill metrics, turnover trends) and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
