




At **SEPIVER S.A. de C.V.** we are looking for a committed, strategic individual with strong human insight to fill the position of **Human Capital Manager** **Position objective:** Ensure the proper implementation and supervision of strategic and operational talent management processes, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations, employee attraction, retention, and development, as well as promoting a healthy work environment aligned with the company's values, mission, and vision. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (degree required). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and INFONAVIT. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Experience managing workplace climate processes. * Proficiency in the **application and interpretation of psychometric and projective tests** (Machover, Person under the Rain, 16PF, Cleaver, etc.). * Ability to implement performance evaluations. * Proficient in Office suite and digital personnel management platforms. * Leadership skills, assertive communication, and conflict resolution abilities. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate talent attraction and selection processes. * Apply and analyze psychometric and projective tools as part of candidate evaluation. * Design and implement training, development, and employee wellness programs. * Supervise compliance with administrative processes within the department. * Ensure fulfillment of employer and regulatory obligations. * Conduct internal audits of the Human Capital department. * Monitor key personnel management indicators. **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional growth opportunities ***At SEPIVER, we categorically reject any act of discrimination, violence, or abuse, and fully comply with NMX\-R\-025\-SCFI\-2015\.
