Ensures regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience. **MV Headhunter is seeking a Human Capital Analyst in Colón, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Role Summary** Provides comprehensive support in human capital administration, managing payroll, employee assistance, and recruitment support, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience. ### **Key Challenges** Process accurate and timely payroll for 135 employees using multiple systems. Promptly and empathetically address employee inquiries and needs.
