You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative and purchasing operations, ensuring process efficiency, resource control, and accuracy in documentation. Main responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate administrative and purchasing processes. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms. Prepare, manage, and track purchase orders. Review and validate supplier invoices. Manage and update inventory records. Generate administrative and purchasing management reports in Excel. Maintain accuracy in accounting records and administrative documentation. Coordinate with different departments to ensure goal achievement.
