This vacancy is for you. **We offer:** * Salary: $12,000 net monthly * KPI bonus of $3,000 net during the probation period * Increase to $5,000 net upon successful completion of the probation period * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Fixed rest day on Sunday **Main Responsibilities:** * Track talent attraction processes from sourcing through to hiring. * Deeply understand the needs of each department and identify the ideal profile. * Evaluate skills, competencies, and attitudes with a human-centered and strategic perspective. * Promote a positive experience for each candidate. * Collaborate with leaders to build strong and committed teams. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete degree in Administration or Psychology. * Age between 25 and 39 years. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable recruitment experience in call centers. * English level B1–B2 (preferred). * Gender-neutral. * Availability from Monday to Saturday. * Empathetic, observant, and results-oriented individual with strong communication and active listening skills.
