




Summary: This role supports project leaders in PCS PWC deployment, ensuring project standardization, efficiency, and PMO tools compliance. Highlights: 1. Experience PMO from an execution perspective **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Miscellaneous activities to support Project leaders for PCS PWC project deployment and implementation. INAt sandarization and efficiency within Projects to improve INA closure KPIs. PMO tools compliance support **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** PCS PWC general activities support such as supplier follow up on site, documents creation, installations monitoring, meetings attendance, IE/ME follow up with Operations team Deplyment, implementation, ramp up and SOP weeks follow up on the floor INA performance and follow up for projects team analysis and lean/efficiency proposal PMO general support **CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:** PCS PWC Project implementation support Projects closure KPI improvement PMO efficiency follow up **STUDENT BENEFITS:** Assembly line project deployment and closure experience Project management full cycle understanding on project planning, execution, closure and archive.
