**Hospital H\+ Querétaro** is seeking talent to join its team as: ### **Pharmacist** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (degree certificate mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy or operating room area (preferred). * Knowledge of pharmacotherapy and drug preparation. * Proficiency in drug validation and control processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Validation of prescriptions and transcription of medications upon patient admission, transfer, change of attending physician, and discharge. * Preparation of medications and support in resolving nursing staff inquiries regarding drug dilutions. * Drug counting and control, identification of discrepancies, and monitoring of complete treatment regimens. * Audits in medication preparation areas and crash carts. * Proactive identification and follow-up of suspected adverse drug reactions and contrast media reactions. * Detection of medication errors and implementation of pharmaceutical interventions. * Compliance with PROA program guidelines. **Schedule:** * Morning shift, Monday to Saturday, 07:00–14:30 hrs. * Rest day. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Uniform. * Training. * Preferential discounts. * Cafeteria. * Parking.
