**CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF** We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of animal health medications. Quality and excellence are our passions; therefore, we seek an operational leader who ensures our products reach clinics, veterinary practices, and distributors across the country in perfect condition. **Position Objective** We seek a committed, detail-oriented, and responsible individual to join our team, tasked with maintaining our facilities clean, orderly, and in optimal condition to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **General cleaning:** Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming various areas (offices, hallways, meeting rooms, etc.). * **Sanitization:** Deep cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and common areas. * **Waste management:** Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal into main containers. * **Supply control:** Reporting to supervision when cleaning supplies or consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) need replenishment. * **Furniture care:** Reporting any malfunctions, damages, or anomalies detected in the facilities. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles (office cleaning, hospitality, or private residences). * **Skills:** Organization, dynamism, honesty, and attention to detail. * **Education:** Completed secondary or high school education. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $10,800.00 \+ $1,050.00 monthly food vouchers. * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, enhanced year-end bonus, and paid training). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. * **Work Mode:** On-site. **How to Apply?** Send your updated CV to: administracion@dipeq.com or call 442 120 9358\.
