**Operations and Quality Supervisor** **Position Objective** Ensure the proper execution of the production plan under the highest standards of **quality** and **food safety**, complying with implemented management systems, national and international regulations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the operations area. **Required Profile** **Age:** 23 to 40 years **Education:** Industrial Engineering or related degree **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions within the food industry or related sectors **Essential Knowledge** * HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 * Regulations: FDA, Codex Alimentarius, Mexican NOMs * Quality and food safety control * Audits * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D * Production planning and line balancing * Productivity and operational efficiency indicators * Basic maintenance and verification of measurement equipment * Analytical cleaning methods * Pest control and in-process and finished product sampling **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards for processes and finished products * Supervise and train staff on Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety * Plan and balance production lines to maximize efficiency * Monitor and analyze critical indicators: times, yields, temperatures, etc. * Coordinate audits, manage documentation, and ensure traceability * Identify improvement opportunities using analytical tools and continuous improvement methodologies * Prepare compliance, productivity, and quality reports * Ensure proper functioning of CCPs (Critical Control Points) **Competencies and Skills** * Operational leadership * Discipline and organization * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Proactivity and results orientation **Are you interested?** Apply directly via Indeed or send us your updated CV.
