Support in implementing safety standards At **VAREMG**, we are looking for a **Junior Industrial Safety Engineer** interested in developing field expertise by participating in the safe execution of industrial projects and in the implementation of safety standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support supervision of field activities, including: * Installation of industrial piping (MPA, PCW, supply and return) * Lifting operations using cranes or forklifts * Work at height (elevated platforms) * Assembly of industrial structures and equipment * Verify site safety conditions: * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Fall protection systems * Signage and area demarcation * Support preparation and follow-up of documentation: * AST / JSA * Risk assessments * Work permits * Participate in hazard identification: * Electrical, mechanical, and stored energy hazards * Pressure (MPA / PCW) * Lifting and suspended loads * Falling objects * Support safety culture activities: * Safety talks (toolbox talks) * Preventive reporting * Follow-up on unsafe conditions ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Degree in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field **Experience:** * Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience * Internships or social service experience considered * Interest in field work **Additional Requirements:** * Willingness to travel * Valid visa (mandatory depending on project) * Intermediate-to-advanced English **Basic Knowledge in:** * Industrial safety * Work at height * LOTO (desirable) * Hazard identification * OSHA (desirable) If you wish to join automotive-sector industrial projects and build your field safety expertise, we invite you to apply through this channel.
