INDUSTRIAL SAFETY, HYGIENE, AND ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR Objective: Ensure that company operations are conducted under safe and healthy conditions, preventing accidents, protecting workers' physical integrity, and complying with current regulations on safety, occupational health, and the environment. Compliance with the company's industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental management system. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection within the industry; personnel management; quality procedure handling; and dealings with government institutions such as STPS. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **FUNCTIONS** * Responsible for implementing SHMA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). * Responsible for legal compliance regarding safety, hygiene, and the environment. * Develop and update safety and hygiene programs in accordance with applicable legislation. * Maintain records and reports of inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions. * Supervise and monitor data on emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, fire hydrants, etc.). * Verify compliance with official Mexican standards (NOM) and internal policies. * Coordinate emergency training and drills. * Establish safety measures within the workplace. * Ensure delivery of required personal protective equipment specifications for bidding and procurement. * Monitor waste reduction, recycling, and reuse programs. * Monitor the formation and integration of emergency response teams. * Responsible for asset security.
