Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews). * Maintain and update personnel files. * Enter and update data in Human Resources systems. * Assist with onboarding new hires. * Prepare administrative reports. * Track and monitor attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations).
