Thus, **we invite you to apply for our search for an Electrical Construction Supervisor (temporary).** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of electrical systems in construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with technical, regulatory, quality, and safety standards—from the design phase through commissioning. * Manage RFIs and Submittals with the design team; serve as the interface between internal and external clients. * Ability to lead teams under complex conditions and pressure. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and clients. * Adhere to internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Minimum 3–5 years of construction supervision experience focused on electrical systems. * Strong assertive communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * Knowledge of applicable codes and standards. * Proactivity and ability to work autonomously, lead teams, and make informed decisions.
