We are seeking a sales driver for operations in Celaya. We are looking for a person with retail sales skills, experience operating 3.5-ton vehicles, and a proactive attitude toward driving sales growth. The candidate must possess excellent communication and persuasion abilities to acquire customers and close sales on route. It is important that the candidate has a dynamic profile and a strong desire to grow within the sales field. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate to travel throughout the Celaya area and its surroundings. The candidate is expected to operate the vehicle safely and efficiently while simultaneously performing sales duties during the route. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve established sales targets are essential. Flexibility in working hours is required, including Saturdays, along with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the route and sales demands. Prior experience in retail sales and commercial vehicle operation will be highly valued.
