Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and technically skilled video professional with an engineering mindset to produce dynamic and engaging visual content—from scripting to post-production—with a focus on visual storytelling and data-informed iteration. Your Responsibilities: * **Script Engineering:** Writing scripts for short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube/VSL) * **Production and Post\-Production:** High-quality video recording and editing. Proficiency in visual narrative, color grading, and sound design. * **Data Visualization:** Creating simple animations or overlays that aesthetically and clearly display dashboards and AI workflows. * **Asset Management:** Maintaining consistency across assigned brands * **Data\-Driven Iteration:** Analyzing which visual hooks perform best to refine content creation strategy. IDEAL CANDIDATE * **Engineering Mindset:** You don’t wait to be told what to do; you analyze the problem and propose a visual solution. * **Visual Storyteller:** You understand that a 20-second video is a micro\-demonstration of value. * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut Pro) and generative AI tools for video/image. * **B2B Understanding:** Ability to speak to a professional niche (e.g., physicians, executives, entrepreneurs) without sounding generic. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years creating content focused on technology, services, and restaurants. * **Portfolio:** A portfolio of videos demonstrating storytelling and dynamic editing is mandatory. * **Digital Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Meta’s algorithms and short-video algorithms. * **Bonus:** Basic knowledge of how CRMs or conversational AI work.
