This is your opportunity to join one of Mexico’s leading companies and take on new professional challenges within the automotive industry. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure accurate documentary and operational control of goods entering and leaving the facility, maintaining precise records, coordinating with suppliers and production, and guaranteeing timely availability of spare parts and materials, in accordance with established standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. * Record incoming goods in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Maintain physical and system-based inventory controls. * Conduct periodic or cyclical inventory counts. * Identify and report shortages, overages, or obsolete parts. * Keep files of invoices, purchase orders, returns, etc., up to date. * Support the generation of warehouse movement reports. * Track orders and claims related to inventory. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Minimum high school diploma and/or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Software: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant. * Knowledge of administrative systems. * Pleasant customer interaction skills. * Experience in inventory control, supplier management, goods receiving and dispatch. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **BENEFITS** * Additional food vouchers on top of salary. * Monthly bonus, in addition to salary. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements. * Etc. **WORK LOCATION:** Tláloc Street, Lot 6, Block 16, La Cañada, El Marqués, Querétaro, C.P. 76246
