Job Summary: We are seeking a Physiotherapist to conduct assessments, design rehabilitation programs, and evaluate ergonomics at a wooden packaging plant. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: LB PALLETS, a wooden packaging company, is seeking a PHYSIOTHERAPIST for its PIQ plant. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy. * Gender: No preference. * Age: 24 years and older. * Experience: Minimum 2 years. * Basic medical knowledge. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:06 PM. * Must have personal transportation available. Responsibilities: * Conduct physiotherapeutic and functional assessments of employees to identify musculoskeletal disorders and occupational risk factors. * Design and implement rehabilitation and occupational reintegration programs to restore functional capacity and ensure safe return to work. * Perform ergonomic assessments of workstations using methodologies such as RULA, REBA, and OCRA, proposing preventive and corrective measures. * Implement and supervise active break programs and health promotion initiatives to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. * Provide physiotherapeutic care using physical agents and therapeutic exercise for the treatment of work-related injuries. * Identify early warning signs of employee health issues, perform initial assessment, and promptly refer to medical services when necessary. * Prepare and maintain clinical records, occupational health reports, and documentation related to occupational risks. * Participate in occupational safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (NOM-STPS and IMSS).
