Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, welding, and masonry. Collaboration in events and space conditioning A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, experiencing growth, is seeking a **Maintenance Assistant.** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or related field. * Experience: 2 years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, plumbing, and painting maintenance, and handling of hand and power tools. * Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems, compressors, pumps, and small machinery. Responsibilities: * Ability to travel to the San Luis Potosí branch as required by operations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, workshops, offices, warehouses, and common areas. * Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, masonry, and technical cleaning tasks. * Request materials, spare parts, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities. * Verify that tools, ladders, extension cords, compressors, and other equipment are in safe and functional condition. * Respond immediately to reports of failures in lighting, leaks, compressed air, machinery, automatic doors, pumps, sanitary fixtures, or electrical systems. * Assist in the setup and dismantling of internal events, fairs, or exhibitions of units. * Collaborate in the relocation or reconditioning of furniture, equipment, or signage in offices and workshops. * Ensure that electrical equipment and portable tools receive preventive maintenance. * Prepare weekly reports on completed activities, incidents addressed, and pending items.
