




**Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with security and property protection activities of the teams under supervision by conducting site security vulnerability assessments, written internal audits and review reports, reviewing KPIs, promptly following up on incidents, investigations and identified deviations, in order to guarantee the protection of the organization's assets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field * Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience * Action-oriented individual focused on corporate results * Autonomous and practical approach * Effective communication skills * Results and people oriented * Interest in fieldwork (Operational) * Proven management strategies * Availability to work rotating mixed shifts **Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge of security management systems such as CTPAT, investigations, personnel management, access control systems, essential verifiable knowledge in Physical and Property Security, desirable experience in industrial plants. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that Security System procedures are implemented at the worksite; otherwise, manage resources and inputs to carry out actions to mitigate risks and incidents. * Supervise and evaluate Plant operations, security performance, and key programs such as CTPAT and OSHA as applicable; develop, update, and implement necessary policies and procedures related to Property Security. * Supervise Plant property security personnel and conduct performance indicator evaluations. * Coordinate and ensure proper implementation of action plans generated by security audits. * Conduct facility vulnerability analysis and prepare action plans regarding measures to be taken for continuous improvement of Property Security conditions. * Ensure and follow up on scheduling and optimization of operational workforce coverage. * Lead and coordinate the operation of property security teams at the Plant. * Actively participate in daily operations, providing support to different areas. * Participate in investigations of Property Security incidents and present corrective actions and measures. * Report and communicate immediately any activities that could endanger the safety of personnel and company assets. * Develop prevention and awareness strategies. * Follow up on incidents within the facilities. * Audit internal security processes and procedures. * Actively participate in safety brigades and safety talks with work teams. * Guarantee security training for existing staff. * Coordinate surveillance services. * Follow up on adopted security measures and compliance audits. * Inspect, manage, and coordinate material and human resources and services to prevent deviations and mitigate incidents.
