




**Job Title: Legal Operations Assistant** **Law Firm** **Location Alamos, Queretaro** **Contract type:** Full-time, permanent **Compensation:** $12,000.00 MXN monthly gross + statutory benefits + fuel allowance **Position Purpose** The Legal Operations Assistant aims to provide comprehensive support to the team of lawyers in all operational, administrative, and management tasks required for the proper development of the firm's legal matters. Its primary function is to ensure that lawyers can focus on negotiation, technical legal analysis, and strategic client service, while she handles maintaining order, efficiency, and process tracking. **Main Responsibilities** · Print, assemble, and deliver legal documents to clients, notaries, and authorities. · Maintain the firm’s physical and digital filing system in order, following traceability and confidentiality protocols. · Carry out procedures and follow-ups with notaries, government agencies, and public registries. · Coordinate the progress of legal matters (task tracking, deadlines, and deliverables). · Handle operational requests from clients (documents, copies, data, updates), without providing legal judgment. · Extract and enter structured information from legal documents according to internal processes. · Assist in preparing meetings, folders, agendas, and deadline monitoring. · Support logistical and administrative tasks of the legal team. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related field). **Experience:** Desired experience in a law firm or corporate environment (not essential). **Gender:** No preference. **Appearance:** Impeccable and professional. **Language:** Intermediate English (desirable). **Additional Requirements:** Must have personal transportation. **Skills and Competencies** · High level of organization and attention to detail. · Excellent writing and spelling skills. · Ability to handle confidential information. · Responsibility and commitment. · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. · Ability to learn and use new technological tools. · Clear, empathetic, and professional communication. **Hierarchical Relationships** · **Reports to:** 2 partners · **Collaborates with:** Entire legal and administrative team. · **Supervises:** N/A (individual position). **Key Competencies** · Order and meticulousness. · Proactivity and service orientation. · Confidentiality and discretion. · Adaptability to technology. · Commitment to quality and efficiency. .
