Ensure efficient process execution, communication with supervisors, and compliance with internal regulations and client requirements. Main Responsibilities Human Capital Management: Coordinate contract preparation and signing, employee terminations, and ensure legal safeguarding of related documentation. Administrative Control: Maintain up-to-date employee files and collect documentation required by payroll and legal departments. Incident Management: Track and resolve payroll and personnel incident reports from the assigned area. Operational Support: Coordinate managers' schedules and appointments, and assist in organizing regional meetings. Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and mediate conflicts arising during operations in the assigned area. Recruitment and selection of financial and banking personnel.
