At our notary office, we are looking for an **Administrative Assistant**, with a service-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in the closing of notarial deeds. * Review and control of documentation. * Physical and digital filing of case files. * Data entry and updating of information in internal systems. * Monitoring of administrative processes within the department. * General operational support. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/vocational degree (or related field). * Experience: Prior administrative experience or document handling is preferred. * Basic computer skills. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Full-time work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including one hour for lunch. * Competitive compensation based on position and experience.
