Job Summary: We invite you to join our FCAW WELDERS training program to learn and develop your skills in the welding field through theoretical and practical training. Key Highlights: 1. Theoretical and practical FCAW welding training 2. Professional development in the welding field 3. Training with General Assistant contract ***We are a company dedicated to the design, development, and production of metal structures for electric power transmission; metal structures for infrastructure in the telecommunications and construction sectors; as well as the application of anti-corrosion protection systems (liquid paint and galvanization); and structural, equipment, and civil works installation services.*** We invite you to join our **FCAW WELDERS training program. This training is aimed at individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the welding field.** Training on theoretical and practical welding topics is provided over a period of **6 to 9 weeks**. During the estimated training period, you will be employed as a **General Assistant**, receiving all benefits and entitlements from Sisttemex and a weekly gross salary of **$2483**. Upon completion of the training weeks and successful passing of evaluations, your position will be upgraded to **FCAW Welder**, with an initial weekly gross salary of **$3844**, along with all aforementioned benefits. (Transportation is not provided) Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM) 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday: 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM) 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED \- PREFERRED RESIDENCE IN AREAS NEAR BALVANERA INDUSTRIAL PARK Requirements: Reside near Balvanera Industrial Park Completed junior high school or high school Availability to rotate across 3 shifts Desirable: experience handling tools (tape measure, drill, grinder) or minimum welding experience Interested candidates should report to Carr.
