Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor calibration programs, pest control, microbiological testing, provide food safety training, and ensure compliance with the QMS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality and food safety management. 2. Active participation in internal and external audits. 3. Implementation and monitoring of QMS procedures. · Monitor annual calibration, pest control, microbiological testing, water analysis, and other supplier programs. · Conduct food safety training for new hires and employees to fulfill the food safety training program. · Review Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the plant. · Manage internal and external audits. · Track audit findings to closure. · Update the master list of formats and procedures within the system. · Execute timely monitoring of the environmental management program. · Implement the bioterrorism and fraud prevention program. · Develop procedures. · Ensure compliance with established procedures in the quality management system. · Authorize and control documents and records across various processes. · Schedule QMS audits according to established procedures. · Follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions per established procedures. · Plan and execute annual QMS maintenance. · Ensure compliance with and monitor achievement of QMS objectives. · Coordinate meetings with the HACCP team. · Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System in accordance with applicable standards. · Monitor compliance with quality and food safety policy, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the QMS.
