Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the portfolio of industrial clients. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations. * Negotiate commercial terms and finalize profitable agreements. * Meet and exceed established sales targets. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable B2B sales experience, preferably in paper, hardware, or industrial channels. * Knowledge of the market and of products related to packaging, packaging materials, and consumables. * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Ability to work autonomously, results-oriented, and goal-driven. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Must reside in **Querétaro**, with availability for frequent travel to the Bajío region. * Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
