Promotion of Organizational Development **Position: HR Coordinator** San José Iturbide, Guanajuato (preference for candidates residing in Querétaro or nearby areas) An industrial-sector company is looking for an **HR Coordinator** with operational and strategic focus, possessing strong experience in **labor relations, payroll, and union management**, as well as driving **Organizational Development** initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field * Solid experience in **labor relations and payroll** * Experience in **union management (mandatory)** * Experience in HR operations within a manufacturing plant (direct interaction with operational staff) * Availability to work in San José Iturbide * Residence in Querétaro or San José Iturbide (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Job stability * Professional growth **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and supervise the payroll process * Manage labor relations and employee support * Handle and track union-related matters * Address labor conflicts and resolve floor-level issues * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and current regulations * Coordinate hiring and separation processes * Implement Organizational Development strategies * Conduct performance evaluations * Coordinate training and development programs * Monitor workplace climate and implement improvement actions * Manage personnel incidents (absences, leave requests, disciplinary actions) * Support area leaders in personnel management * Maintain and update employee files * Ensure compliance with internal policies * Generate HR reports and metrics Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
